Parking is available in the courtyard as well as a private terrace with a garden house for parking bicycles or cozy seating. This large, bright apartment is situated in a quiet location and boasts high-quality furnishings and underfloor heating in all rooms. Living rooms Our large, very bright living room invites you to linger. Kitchen Fully equipped, modern kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and all essential cooking utensils. Bedroom The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm) and high-quality bedding for a restful night's sleep. An additional sofa provides a cozy little retreat. Baths Modern bathroom with a high-quality shower and towels, as well as an electric exterior blind. Extra Private parking on our property. Private patio with garden shed for relaxing and storing your bicycles. Garden furniture and an umbrella are available. Please note that our apartment is a shoe-free apartment. We ask that you take off your street shoes in the entrance area. An extra bed is possible in the bedroom. Please always specify in advance, otherwise the apartment is prepared for 2 people. Other things to note No smoking and no animals Our apartment is allergy-friendly. Sleeping on the sofa is not permitted, and the decorative pillows may not be used for sleeping.
