Apartment in Ponta Negra with sea view

My space is close to nightlife and public transportation. It has direct views of Ponta Negra beach and Morro do Careca - Natal postcard, Ponta Negra neighborhood with many options of restaurants, shops, and access to the beach, located just 300 meters from the beach sand. My space is good for couples and families (with kids). The space Located on the avenue Roberto Freire, facing the sea, in the heart of the preferred neighborhood of tourists visiting Natal, yet preserving the privacy and tranquility of the top of the 9th floor of a residential condominium where the seasonal rental is very common. There are two bedrooms, the first one is connected to a bathroom with two doors (one for the bedroom and another for the hallway), which can be turned into suite only by locking the corridor door, and the second bedroom also a suite. Both with air conditioning (although the place is very airy). Bed and bath linen (body towels, face towels and carpets) will be provided. The bed linen will be changed during the stay if it exceeds 01 week, and the baths every 4 days. Guest access The entire apartment will be at guests' disposal. The condominium also has a leisure area with 02 pools (adult and children), and there is parking for 01 car in the 2nd basement (demarcated wave), which will be available to the guest.
