Not your average stay — this is where memories are made Welcome to The Celebration Villas, a private cluster of 3 villas consisting of 12 bedrooms total, combined into one epic space — perfect for big friend groups, reunions, birthdays, pre-wedding functions, or even corporate team offsites that don’t feel boring. Wake up slow, spend your day hopping between villas, and end it with music, laughter, and stories you’ll talk about for years. Max Capacity 24 Guests:- Adults and Children Combined The space Tastefully done interior, which will make you forget city houses; well lit with beautiful color theme. INTERIOR 3 Villas: 3bhk + 4bhk + 5bhk = 12bhk Three bungalow in a gated society next to each other featururing total 12 bedrooms + 12 bathrooms, each tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and AC. Three living areas large enough; 2 with double ceiling height; designed for relaxation, offering plush seating and an Android TV for entertainment in each Living room. Each villa kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, cutlery, water purifier and glasses, with dining table. Ground floor has living, dining, kitchen and 1 bedroom with common washroom just outside the bedroom. First floor has all Master bedrooms with attached bathrooms. All bedrooms have double beds with premium quality mattress, blanket and pillows. OUTDOOR Each Villa has a private swimming pool, garden, and a hammock. Our plunge pools, measuring approx 19x9 ft and 4.5 ft deep, provides a refreshing space to cool off and relax. Please note that it is not suitable for swimming laps due to its size. A 6 seater swing is installed in the lawn area of each Villa, accompanied with outdoor table and chairs for evening high-tea or breakfast. LOCATION: Located in the heart of Lonavla, the property is 5 mins away from Mapro Garden; and 10 minutes from Kumar Resort junction. The location is very posh and peaceful. It is inside Lucky’s Wax Museum lane. And lane opposite to Bouncing BrotherTrampoline Park. Guest access These 3 villas are in a gated society. All 3 villas have their individual fencing. All areas are accessible within the villa boundary for guests. Other things to note Please Note: Extra Guests / Surprise Guests / Day Visitors ARE NOT ALLOWED inside the society. You can meet them outisde the society only. Extra floor mattress, blanket and pillow are not available. You will be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect :) Lonavala / Khandala experience unscheduled load shedding, conducted by MSEB. In case of power outage - Invertor and battery backup available which subsides basic electricity needs (1 light, 1 fan and 1 power point in each room) until invertor battery backup lasts. Any power cuts or fluctuations locally are not in the hosts control, and no deductions or refund requests shall be entertained for the same. Pets / service animals are Not allowed on the property. If found, guest will be liable to pay a penalty of INR 10,000 + damages if any done by the pet. Gas stove is not allowed anywhere on the property for safety reasons. Sheesha/Hukkah/Cigarette smoking is Not allowed inside the Villa. Guests can smoke outside in the lawn area near the outdoor seating or in the first-floor balcony with ashtray receptacles placed for use. Hot coals are to be taken care of. No marks should appear on furniture or on the flooring due to coal or any other item. Cigarette buds should not be thrown in the Lawn on anywhere outside. Ashtray to be used. Children should be supervised while they are in or around the swimming pool. Royal Gardens shall not be responsible nor liable in any way for any untoward event at the property. Topmost terrace access is restricted for safety reasons. WE DO NOT ALLOW DJ set-up. DJ or Loud music not allowed anywhere on the property. Only mild sound levels are allowed such that neighbours are not disturbed. Speakers are Available at the property. Music is Not allowed outside after 8pm. If played inside, it should be on Low volume. Incase of any noise complaints, 'Royal Garden Villas' is not responsible for any consequences. Carrom is available in Each Villa. Foosball Table is available in one Villa. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
