A private clean, bohemian space surrounded by nature with a stunning view The space Located 10 minutes north of the village of Putney. This property sits on a quiet private dirt road with access to walking and snowshoeing trails. There are three buildings on the property: The main Space, a seasonal guest cottage and a Wood fired Sauna. The main space is an open floor plan studio with stunning views of mount Monadnock. A sleeping area with a Natural latex king size bed with down comforter. Sitting area, dining table for 4. A full bath with tub. A small but fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, range/oven, toaster oven and coffee maker (coffee provided!). There is a large selection of cookware but no microwave. The house has propane radiant floor heating. There is also a wood stove that will heat the entire space that may be used by experienced guests with permission of the owner. Wireless Internet, Apple TV, dryer are included. Washing machine is not available until further notice. This is a perfect house for a couple looking for a romantic getaway, a writers/artist retreat. There is easy access to groomed cross-country skiing and mountain biking and a swimming hole around the corner. From late spring through early fall weather depending. There is a rustic seasonal guest cottage with a full size bed, minimal electricity and no running water or bath. Please notify owner if you hope to use this space. A $50 additional charge will be added. Other Seasonal amenities include: Outdoor shower, Outdoor flush toilet (outhouse with plumbing weather depending), charcoal grill, Covered outdoor food prep area with hot and cold faucet and sink, Outdoor fire pit (good for use year around), large outdoor dining table with a stunning view. Wood fired Sauna may be used by experienced guests with permission from the owner. Towels and washcloths will be supplied. Dunk tank is currently not available. Guest access Guests have access to the main space, seasonal guest cottage (if arranged with owner) sauna (wood stove experience needed) and grounds. The property shares the building with the owners private sculpture studio. This space will not be in use when space is rented and is not accessible to guests. Other things to note The "Guest Cottage" building is on available will only be made up by request. This space is only available late spring through early fall, weather depending.
