Chiltern Studio is a ‘property gem’ for up to 4 guests to stay amongst the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A 15 minute walk to the historic market town of Wendover, with its multiple restaurants, bars and shops plus endless opportunity for walking or cycling the Ridgeway path. A tranquil master bedroom with super king bed & en-suite; open plan living space, kitchen, lounging area & work space/dining table. Double Sofa bed & separate bathroom offers a space for all inc your dog. The space We invite you to enjoy 750 sq foot of modern tranquil living space. Chiltern Studio is annexed to our home and accessed via a private door into an open plan living room. Hall unit for coats, boots/shoes. A modern kitchen with electric oven, convection hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and dishes. The pantry cupboard provides plenty of storage. Additional single bed for an extra guest by arrangement with the host. The lounging area offers comfortable sociable seating which converts into a double sofa bed. Kitchen table is a useful work space and dining for 4 people. The central hallway provides additional storage area and access to a tranquil master bedroom. A stunning oak sleigh bed is adorned with ample cushions, duvet and velvet bedspread providing a warm luxurious feel amongst the calm natural botanics. En-suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC. A second spacious bathroom is accessed from the hallway with WC and basin. A private free car parking space allows for bikes or additional outdoor storage. Direct access from the property into Wendover woods allows endless walking routes including a 15 minute walk to the Wendover Go Ape treetop ropes challenge and Park run. Guests are welcome to bring a well behaved dog by prior arrangement. The Studio is annexed to our family home, we are close enough to help in the event of any problems but both properties have private entrances and a key box access to the studio allows contactless check in/out to suit you. We have mountain bikes available to hire for exploring the adjacent woodland paths, Ridgeway National trail, Grand union Canal or nearby Wendover. Dogs are welcomed, preferably one well behaved one ! but we do ask dogs are not left unattended in the property, or allowed off the lead in our garden due to our own cats and dogs and horses. The public footpath in the woods is 100 yds from your front door. An additional cleaning charge of £10 per dog is requested. Other things to note Specialised rockhopper mountain bikes available to hire at £20 per day.
