Two rooms with a bathroom in 2nd floor. Big peaceful grass yard with a terrace with a fireplace. Fiskars and Billnäs are close and Påminne Bike Park is just across the road. Good cycling routes in the area. Apartment has its own entrance and is completely isolated from rest of the house. Plates, cups & tableware, microwave oven, fridge, water boiler and coffee maker in the apartment. Linen and towels included. I have two bicycles for rent. The space 2nd floor in a big old wooden house. 2 rooms: bedroom and 'living room'. Bed is for two. Bathroom with shower cabinet. Small kitchen with microwaveowen, fridge, coffeemaker and water boiler. Cutlery, dishes, table and two chairs. Guest access House is located in a small peaceful village. There is free parking. Other things to note No pets, no visitors and smoking only on the terrace. Back yard and terrace are for residents. Do not make fire in the fireplace without my permission. This is an old house where sounds go pretty easily through the walls. Please keep that in mind when booking this apartment and while staying in here, thank you. And for your information, breakfast at Hotel Socis in Karjaa on weekdays costs €6 per person and is open to non-hotel guests. It's a basic hotel breakfast, but I think it's well worth the €6. If you want a better breakfast, the nearby golf course restaurant ÅminneGard/Nordcenter is open to everyone and the breakfast served there between 8-10 costs €14.50 In addition, across the road in Påminne there is a café restaurant with A-license.
