Guest access We allocate every two guests in one room, we don’t have twins or single rooms, in case of 3 guests, two rooms will be provided and followed the same for a group of 5 or 7. Other things to note When booking rooms in the farmhouse, please note that this is a shared listing. Depending on the size of your group, you may share the house with other guests or the hosts. If you would like to reserve all four available rooms for your group, please ensure your booking includes eight people. In this case, you will primarily share the house with the hosts, who generally do not use the facilities during your stay. However, please keep in mind that the hosts may occasionally use the house and outdoor areas for special occasions or as needed, meaning you might share communal spaces with other guests during those times. In summer time we accept day visitors apart from the ones staying in the property, for this reason we refrain guests staying over to bring their own food and drink to the pool area and we kindly request that guests staying in the property keep their food inside the house. To use the BBQ, there is an additional fee of £30, which requires pre-booking to avoid any conflicts with other guests. This fee can be arranged upon request when you make your booking.
