High-vaulted ceilings and exposed beams give it a wealth of character. The dining area has plenty of seating, and the kitchen has been well fitted with all the modern appliances you need for a hassle free holiday. The property has two stunning bedrooms: one double and one twin, as well as a separate family bathroom. Local attractions include the Looe to Polperro walk, a coastal walk along the South West Coast Path. With magnificent sights, such as the 6th century monastery. There are rockpools and surrounding beaches with remnants of shipwrecks, tales of smugglers and the picturesque fishing village of Polperro. Guest access Guests have use of the full interior of Hook Cottage sat within Cardwen Farm Holiday Cottages near Looe & Polperro, South East Cornwall. There is a more private garden to the rear of the building as you arrive (not entirely fenced in currently). Hook Cottage and this private area sit within the small estate of Cardwen Farm. There are further large shared gardens to explore, a large shared patio within our small orchard where Guests may help themselves to the cooking / non cooking apples in season. Please be aware OPEN WATER, MUD slippery paths/patios and uneven ground. Please do not leave animals unsupervised. Take care with children, the elderly and infirm. Parking is next to the cottage, own dedicated space. Other things to note Caution: Open water (pond /stream) and mud. Uneven ground. Paths & patios may become slippery when wet.
