Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests throughout the entire stay. There are no shared spaces or restricted-access areas. Access is provided via autonomous self check-in. Detailed instructions are sent prior to arrival, once the mandatory registration process has been completed. Guests may receive friends for visits and dinners. Overnight stays are strictly limited to the guests listed in the reservation, in accordance with current Italian regulations. Other things to note MANDATORY ONLINE CHECK-IN In compliance with Italian regulations (Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S. — D.L. 113/2018), all guests, including minors and infants, are required to complete online registration before arrival. The procedure is managed through our certified partner Vikey and includes uploading a valid ID document and a brief verification selfie with the document. Documents must not be sent through the chat. Access instructions are released once the procedure has been completed. CITY TAX Required during online check-in according to current municipal rates.
