Beautiful parking space on an 800-square-meter property 100 meters (about a 3-minute walk) from the Bernsteinsee. You are alone on the property; there are no other guests! Very quiet location in a wooded vacation home area. The garden is not visible from the outside due to the plants and fence. A gas grill and a fire pit with wood are provided. A Jacuzzi (€75 per stay) and a sauna (€20 per day) are available as options (for an extra charge). The bathroom is located inside the house. The house is uninhabited. The space The following awaits you at the property: The entire property is private and exclusively available to you during your stay. There are no other guests. You arrive with your own camper and can take advantage of the following offer: A camper/RV parking space with - a level parking space and paved access (easily accessible even in winter) - The parking space can be driven into forwards and backwards - The property has a large parking lot where you can easily maneuver and turn around easily - Disposal station for camping toilets including a faucet for cleaning and supply - 230 V connection directly at the parking space The bathroom (renovation in 2025) is located inside the house. It is equipped with a shower with soap and shampoo, toilet and sink. The hot tub (Intex PureSpa Bubble Massage) can be optionally booked for €75 for the entire stay. Other things to note In the Südheide, about 15 km northeast of Gifhorn or 18 km northwest of the important car city of Wolfsburg, is the fantastic recreational area of Lake Bernstein. About 150 meters from the sandy beach of the lake begins a quiet area with many new barrier-free bungalows and very tastefully designed and cozy single-family homes with a maximum of 1.5 stories, tastefully landscaped gardens and the scent of the heathland. The Elbe side canal is right next door and invites you to take long walks or cycling. Lake Bernstein belongs to the district of Gifhorn or the municipality of Sassenburg / Stüde and is a popular excursion and vacation destination for young and old. The former tent and camping site was developed through a new version of the development plan into a true gem of modern architecture, a weekend home area of the future.
