The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need: fridge, microwave, water purifier, electric kettle, toaster and all essential cookware. Just bring your favorite ingredients and you're set! The home is equipped with all sanitary needs and modern conveniences including hot water, Wi-Fi, and climate control to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. Remote workers will especially appreciate the uninterrupted power supply and reliable 200 mbps internet connection. The property features a swimming pool, gym, and kids' playing area (currently not operational, but we're working on it!). **Pet-friendly paradise** This is a genuinely pet-friendly home! Your pets are family, and we treat them as such. A pet bed is provided, but your furry friends are welcome to make themselves comfortable anywhere—on the bed, couch, or floor. No restrictions, just comfort. If you're bringing a pet, please let us know in advance. Guest access You'll have full access to the studio apartment with self check-in via smart lock. The building offers additional amenities on shared floors: - Laundromat with washing machine and dryer (1st floor) - Gym and indoor games area (1st floor) - Small pool (terrace) *Please note: Pool, gym, laundromat and games area are currently not operational.* Other things to note There are CCTV cameras in the hallway (outside the apartment) to monitor guest check-in and check-out. The property is located near Pune Airport, which also serves as an Indian Air Force base. On certain days, you may hear aircraft taking off, which can be quite loud. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this may affect your comfort. If occasional aircraft noise is a concern for you, this property may not be the perfect fit.
