The ground floor features two generously sized bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the master suite provides a private retreat complete with an ensuite bath. For your comfort, all bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning. The home also includes a UV water filtration system, providing clean and safe drinking water throughout your stay. This is whale-watching season, when humpback whales migrate through the bay. Dolphins are frequently spotted year-round, and depending on the season, you may even witness sea turtles nesting or hatchlings making their way to the ocean. For fishing enthusiasts, the surrounding waters are home to marlin, yellowfin tuna, sailfish, and dorado, making Punta de Mita one of Mexico's premier sportfishing destinations.
