Step out of the bright, spacious dining area onto the patio for a barbecue, settle in for an evening around the fire pit (don't forget the marshmallows) , help yourself to fruit from the orchard or enjoy a game of croquet on the large front lawn. Kids will love exploring the garden and dogs are welcome at the farmhouse, we do have a 2 doggie maximum policy in place, additional £20 doggie fee per dog , please advise on the number of dogs you have and settle payment prior to arrival . DOGS MUST STAY OUT OF ALL CARPETED AREAS - Bedrooms and upstairs landing - strictly off furniture . Guest access The whole property and private garden are all yours to enjoy. with Capo woods just 5 mins walk away and river walks only 10 mins walk. In the grounds of Capo Cottages you will find a petanque court Other things to note Time to switch off, relax and enjoy some down time . Please not there is a small charge for the use of the wood fired hot tub (to clean and fill with fresh water after every client, it is chemical free too :) , with a bunker full of sticks provide, please let me know if you wish to use it . . *Please note it can take 2-4 hours to heat , depending on outside temp and how attentive you are to the fire .
