Room in an old mill

Welcome to Moulin des Prés, an old mill by the water in the heart of Burgundy. Only 30 minutes from Nevers and Château-Chinon, it's the perfect place to gather in nature. You will enjoy a large living room with fireplace, and relaxing outdoors facing the water with ease. No smoking allowed. The space The room is cozy and bright, with a very peaceful atmosphere offered by the mill. Linens and towels are provided, as well as everything you need for a comfortable stay. I try to welcome you, but if I am not available, check-in is facilitated by a key box, allowing total autonomy if you arrive in the evening or at a different time. The kitchen can be used upon request, according to my work schedule. Guest access • Access to certain common areas depending on the time. Central living room with pellet stove always available. Terrace in summer as well. • Accessible exteriors to enjoy the calm of the mill • Easy parking in front of the house During your stay I am usually present in the evening, and according to my schedule. I'm available if you need any information, or just if you want to chat. Here, autonomy, discretion and friendliness are the key words.
