Enchanting Villa near the Sea with Panoramic View

Located in the midst of the Biosphere reserve on the southern coast of Graciosa with a breathtaking view of 4 Islands and just 350m from the Ocean. Our freshly bio-renovated Quinta with a large garden is located in the middle of nature. But yet you get by foot within 7 min. to the nearest supermarket and in 15 min to a romantic Fish-Tavern. The Quinta is perfectly suited for 4/5 friends, or 2 couples who want a private space but also the company of there friends. The space We have the right place for those, looking for pure nature, close to the sea and not far from the nearest village! The the magnificent Oceanview, the tranquility of the nature, the cosy Glasshouse, the beautiful kitchen, the relaxation within the spacious rooms by the stove oven, or a nice chill out in the comfortable beds all come together to ensure a fantastic vacation no matter the season. The garden, spread across multiple levels, invites you to simply relax and enjoy the time along with a spectacular view. Everybody is sure to find their favorite place to spend their time. Enjoy the constant changing and evolving panoramic view of the ocean, sky, and light mixed with the islands rare vegetation. The Quinta Graciosa includes an old barn built from volcanic stone and a newly built wing in a modern yet traditional style with beautifully wide sliding windows. Both sections of the residence meet at a modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kitchen aid, coffee machine, and toaster). If needed, a stool and/or bed for children can be provided for free. The house has two new bathrooms, with a shower and a big bathtub. Graciosa is the island with the best weather of the Azores, for all cases however, there is a cosy wood stove in each of the two parts of the house. In the garden there are several terraces, seating areas, as well as romantic areas. Our only neighbor is a friendly old german captain. The nearest supermarket is 7 min., the next bathing area is only a 15 min walk away, and the ocean is just 200m away. In the neighbouring village of Carapacho, you can discover the freshly renovated Spa and bathhouse which houses extremely mineral-rich water and a sea water pool. Hiking trails are also located closely to the house. Guest access The entire house will be at your disposal, excluding a storage unit, which gives you a total of 135m2 of space. Additionally the several terraces, small pond, and garden are all included. Other things to note I can help you book exciting excursions to the sea and boat trips around the islands.
