Enjoy two sun-drenched terraces, ideal for your convivial meals or your leisure time facing the garden. 🏡 Comfort and capacity • Accommodates up to 15 people (including children and babies). • Ideal for 3 to 4 families, or a group of friends. • 4 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with single beds, and 2 mezzanines equipped for sleeping. • Flexible bedding according to your needs (up to 13 beds possible). 🍴 Day spaces • Large equipped kitchen (Lacanche range, coffee machine for beans and pods, dishwasher, etc.) with direct access to the garden. • Cozy dining room seating up to 15 guests. • Spacious living room with fireplace for your cozy evenings. 🌙 Sleeping areas • Comfortable bedrooms, linens included • Bedrooms on the ground floor and upstairs, ideal for accommodating all family configurations. • Bathroom and shower room on each level for added convenience. 🌿 Leisure and relaxation • Boules pitch, Bonzini table soccer, ping-pong, bicycles available (condition of bicycles not guaranteed). • Garden furniture, barbecues, deck chairs for your leisure time. • Additional room (upon request, with surcharge) for your seminars, workshops, yoga or group activities. All noise pollution is prohibited, especially between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. The volume of music must be kept low at all times, both in the house and in the garden. ✅ Practical information • Stays during the week or at weekends. • Checkout on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. is possible (excluding school holidays, and upon request at the time of booking), or later depending on occupancy for the following night. The request must be made when booking. Single-night rentals are possible with additional fees that will be communicated on a case-by-case basis (from 50% of the nightly rate) Check-in is possible on Saturday or Sunday, but a surcharge may be requested depending on the weekend in question. This surcharge, if applicable, will be communicated before the booking is confirmed and will be paid after booking. Guest access All rooms of the main house are accessible. Workshop in the annex building on request with additional fee Some cupboards with our personal belongings are locked. In case of opening / attempting to open these doors, the security deposit will be charged. Dressers or shelves are left free for tenants in the bedrooms or nearby No camping in the garden Furniture and mattresses may not be moved Max 15 people (day or night, and according to the booking) Other things to note Amenities and Leisure Activities Whether you come with family or friends, everything is designed so that everyone can enjoy their stay: • For little ones: two high chairs and a Pack 'n Play available upon request. • Outside: a barbecue for your summer meals (you supply the charcoal), a ping pong table, a petanque court with boules, two soccer goals, and bicycles for young and old (condition not guaranteed) • For relaxation: garden furniture, large convivial tables, chairs and lounge chairs (stored in the outbuilding). • For playing together: an authentic Bonzini foosball table and a dartboard. Inside A comfortable and well-equipped space to feel at home: • Comfort: Free wifi, non-smoking house. • Kitchen: two raclette sets (one with mini-crêpe plates), a fondue pot, two cast-iron casseroles, a bean-to-cup coffee machine and another coffee machine with pods. • Bathroom: Sanoléo personal care products, natural, organic and Slow Cosmetics certified. • Welcome kit: dishwasher tablets, a new sponge, toilet paper, and a few coffee pods to start the stay off right. Practical Info • The house can accommodate up to 15 people (day and night). • Parking available for 4–5 cars in the backyard (no outdoor parking). • The stairs require special supervision for children. • Not provided: paper towels and charcoal. Special terms • The house is not suitable for parties and gatherings of more than 15 people. • Camping and inflatable pools are not allowed in the garden. • One-night stays are possible at certain times (usually a 50% surcharge that is not automatically calculated on the amount shown on the booking request; it will be payable via an additional request or a special offer on Airbnb). Arrivals on Saturday or Sunday: Any additional charge, which will be communicated before the booking is confirmed, will be payable after booking, depending on the weekends concerned (payment on Airbnb). • For longer stays (one week or more), we offer special deals depending on the season.
