Lovely 4 bedroomed cottage in a popular pretty village near to Kettering, This property is ideal for corporate and workmen lets and we are happy to offer discounts for longer term stays. The property has 2 reception rooms, one of which is a bright airy conservatory. All rooms have double beds. Other things to note Tea & coffee provided. Back garden isn't enclosed on either side so children may not be safe and there can be no pets. To the left is other neighbours. To the right is the private lane and cars may be going up it. There is a gate and fence. This is unlocked at the moment. Access to rear parking would need to be slow as they need to enter a tight tunnel to access it. Access to parking is shared space. Dining room table seats 8 Lounge seats 6 Late check out can be booked until 1.30pm (£35) or until 8.30pm (£70). Please let us know asap so we have time to re-organise cleaners and consider the next guests. Higher end neighbourhood. Linked to houses either side so no loud late night noise.
