While each room has an air conditioner, hallways and other areas may feel cold during winter. Any littering of cigarette butts will result in a 10,000 JPY penalty. - The balcony is off-limits for safety reasons. ■About the Building - The building has a slightly unique layout, having been divided into two separate units during renovation. While separated by a wall from the adjacent section, some noises may occasionally be heard from the hallway or washroom side. - As this is an accommodation facility renovated from an old folk house, some areas show signs of aging. ■Potential of noise -The environment is generally quiet, though occasional car noise or pedestrian voices may be heard. For guests sensitive to sound, earplugs are available. Please understand that these are external factors beyond our control, and we cannot offer refunds or discounts based on these circumstances.
