The two bedrooms are equipped with two high quality box spring beds (90 x 200 cm) each. In the living room there is another box spring bed (90 x 200 cm), which can be converted into a sofa during the day, as well as a large dining table for up to 5 people. The beds are upholstered in fresh linen. On request, we are also happy to prepare the beds as double beds. In the well-maintained, indoor shower room, you will find fresh towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo. 🍳 Kitchen & self-catering: The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything for everyday needs: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, as well as spices and oil. A special bonus for long-term guests is the washer-dryer integrated into the kitchen. A coffee and tea station with a filter machine, coffee powder, and a selection of different teas makes it easier to start your day. Directly on the opposite side of the street you will find in sight a shopping center with grocery stores such as Aldi, Kaufland and a bakery as well as various restaurants and snack options. Guest access Access is conveniently via PIN pads on all access doors. The access codes will be sent to you in good time before your trip. A forgotten key is a thing of the past!
