The house is located a 15-minute walk from the arenas, the ancient theater and the historic center. The Parc des Ateliers and the Luma Tower dedicated to contemporary art are 300 meters away. The space The entrance is via the courtyard of about 30 m². A small annex with toilet, washing machine and 2 bicycles are at your disposal. On the ground floor are the equipped kitchen, the living room with a 120 x 190 sofa bed, and the bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the basement you can have a small freezer and baby equipment (high chair, crib, baby bed and baby carrier for one of the bikes). The air-conditioned bedroom is upstairs and offers 2 beds 90 x 200, separate toilet with sink and a small balcony overlooking the rooftops of the city.
