Cabin in Withcott

Kick back and relax in this newly built stylish space with lovely nature views from every window. This delightful Lodge is in the foot hills of the Great Diving Range and is only an 8 minute drive to Toowoomba. The 2 bedroom residence is situated behind the main house but is seperate and private. It has it’s own outdoor backyard which overlooks trees and table top mountain. The cabin and main residence located on over 2 acres are surrounded by bushland. The space It is conveniently located a 1 minute drive or 3 minute walk from the Withcott shops which also includes medical, dental and chemist services. If you like a bit of fun there is also a Go Kart racing track across from the service station and a pub that sells good counter meals and has a bottle shop. A supermarket, take away, coffee shop, bakery and service station are located there. It is a good size and was purposefully built using a 10x4 metre structure with an adjoining 5x4 metre structure that is all one residence. It has only been recently built using quality fittings. The decor inside is unique and tasteful with a mixture of modern and antique. The living, kitchen and dining area is open plan and 7x4. There is a smart TV and a new and comfortable 5 seater reclining lounge suite. The 2 bedrooms are 3x4 each in size. There is a good sized bathroom with a spacious modern shower. The laundry nook has a new washing machine and dryer installed. Both the front and back of the cabin entrances have a deck to relax on. Guest access From Jones Rd and the driveway entrance to the property you will see the grey main house set back somewhat on over 2 acres. The lovely airbnb is not visible from the road as it is nestled behind the main house. You can park in the driveway or anywhere you wish. There are 2 ways to access the lodge but the most direct initially for guests would be to walk from the driveway along the right side of the main house, past the raised veggie patches to the undercover pergola. You will see the monument grey cabin nestled there seperate but behind the back of the house. There is another access on the left side of the main house you may wish to use after you’ve checked in.
