We renovated a house built in a vacation home area to make it easier to live in. Unlike hotels and apartment-type private lodgings, it is a "private house" type, so it is ideal for families and groups. We only set a price per night per house, so there is no change due to the number of people added. Therefore, it is very economical for large groups. The living room is about 11 tatami mats (about 20 m²) and has 2 sofas and a dining table, so even large groups can relax. ☑ Bathroom You can enjoy a large bath that has been renovated while retaining the texture of the old stone bath. ☑︎ Location About 30 minutes by car from Kirishima City and about 15 minutes by car from Kirishima Onsen. It is a 7-minute walk from Kii-Nakanoshima station, which is one stop from JR Wakayama station. Kagoshima Airport is also about a 30-minute drive away. You can also use it as a base for sightseeing in Kagoshima and Miyazaki. Parking is available on the premises, so it is also convenient to come by car. Please be careful when driving, as the road width is generally narrow after entering the villa premises. Also, at night, there are few lights outside and it gets quite dark, so we recommend arriving before the sun goes down. Because the surrounding area is a villa area surrounded by nature, it takes about 15 minutes by car to the nearest supermarket and convenience store near Kirishima Shrine Station. Please do your shopping in advance. ☑ Bedroom ・ 2 double beds on the 2nd floor, sleeps 4 ・ 2 sets of single mattresses for 2 people * The maximum number of guests is 6, but both beds on the 2nd floor are double beds, so it may feel a little cramped. * Please make your own beds on the single mattresses. The linen is set in the closet, so please use the 2nd or 3rd floor and lay out the amount you will use. Please be considerate of those living nearby when checking in after 9 pm as it will cause inconvenience to the neighbors. Check-out Please check out by 10 am. Cleaning staff will be here after 10 am. If you are not able to leave the room after 10 am, we will charge a penalty of 2,000 yen for every 15 minutes of extra time. About smoking Smoking is not allowed in the room, including e-cigarettes. For guests staying multiple nights Please wash towels and sheets in the washing machine as they are not changed. ・ Please note that we do not clean during your stay. Important The area is a quiet residential neighborhood. Noise is prohibited from 10 pm to 7 am. In the unlikely event that a complaint is received due to excessive noise, you may be asked to leave. Please understand. Please be sure to follow the rules. About Bugs Because the surrounding environment is natural, insects may appear. Please be careful if you don't like them. (Insect repellants are available) We have taken measures to prevent insects, but they may enter when the entrance or windows are opened and closed. If you don't like insects at all, please refrain from staying. Security cameras Security cameras are installed in the entrance. Other Please be sure to strictly observe the following rules. Violators may be subject to fines. 1. If you use the room inappropriately and it becomes dirty, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee. 2. If we find out that any equipment is lost or damaged, we may charge you for the cost. 3. If we confirm that the number of guests exceeds the number of people you have requested, we will charge an additional 10,000 yen per person. (We check the number of people with security cameras in front of the entrance) 4. Please sort garbage as indicated on the trash cans. 5. Please wash the dishes and cooking utensils you use. About check-in procedures The facility does not have a resident manager. Please take the key to the front door from the key box.
