The house is quite big of more than 200 sq.m. It is located on a very big garden with nice landscape design. Nardaran area where the property is situated is around 40 minutes drive from the city center of Baku and main attractions, and is only 20 min far from the international airport. Guests will have the whole house for their personal use. I can arrange the meeting at the airport with the driver at additional charge of 15 USD. The driver will bring them to the property where I will handle them the keys and explain everything. I will be glad to help my guests during their stay in Azerbaijan, by recommending them the place to visit and assisting in arranging their trips to other places of interest. The neighborhood is quiet, so guests have to respect that and try to avoid organizing noisy parties at the property. The parking lot is available at the property, free of charge. If the guests don't have the car, I can arrange for their transportation to the places of interest at additional charge. I can also arrange the transportation to the beaches and other places of interest at additional small charge.
