Breakfast available on request (€5 per person). Guest access Riad Louzaia is located just a 5-minute walk from Bab Doukkala and Dar El Bacha, two easy access points for taxis and private transfers. Cars cannot enter the riad’s alley, but taxis drop off directly at Bab Doukkala, where a member of our team can meet and escort you if needed. Several guarded car parks are nearby, especially Bab Doukkala parking, the most convenient option. Access is then on foot, through a quiet and safe area of the Medina. Other things to note HOUSE RULES Welcome to our riad. To ensure a pleasant, comfortable and peaceful stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules: 1. Housekeeper The presence of the housekeeper is mandatory every day. Only the housekeeper is authorized to use the main kitchen. The kitchen is closed at night. For your convenience, a refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, Nespresso machine (capsules available at an additional cost), and kettle are available on the terrace. A refrigerator for your personal use is available in the summer kitchen on the terrace. 2. Cleanliness Please help us keep the bedrooms and common areas clean and tidy. Bins are provided for the proper disposal of waste. 3. Breakfast and Dinner Breakfast is served between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM, and dinner must be served before 9:00 PM. Please respect these hours for the comfort of all guests. Breakfast is available upon request for €5 per person. Lunch and dinner are also available (menu provided after booking confirmation), with prices ranging from €15 to €25 per person. Meals must be booked the day before. 4. Respect for Peace and Neighbours To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the riad, please keep noise to a minimum, especially during the evening. Your consideration is greatly appreciated. 5. Use of Facilities Please take care of all facilities and equipment provided. Any damage may result in repair or replacement charges. 6. Heated Pool The pool is heated from November through the end of March. Pool heating is available during the rest of the year at an additional cost. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. It takes approximately one day to heat the pool, and this day will be charged. Pool heating is charged at €20 per day. 7. Compliance with Local Law In accordance with Moroccan law, Moroccan citizens are not permitted to stay together in the riad without proof of marriage. Any violation of this regulation may be subject to penalties under Moroccan law. 8. Payment of Extras All extras and additional services must be paid in cash on site. 9.
