Here, you can enjoy rural tranquility and plenty of space, while still being just a short trip away from the swimming lakes in the beautiful Five Lakes Region (Fünf-Seen-Land) or Munich. On hot summer days, our practical outdoor shower right in the garden provides the perfect cool-down. Relax & Enjoy: Make yourself comfortable on our cozy lounge furniture. As soon as dusk falls, atmospheric string lights create a magical vibe. BBQ & Herb Garden: A high-quality gas grill is ready for balmy barbecue evenings! The absolute highlight for amateur chefs: feel free to help yourselves to our in-house herb garden to give your dishes or cocktails the perfect fresh summer kick. Outdoor Dining: You can enjoy your meals in a completely relaxed setting at our large outdoor seating area. Fun & Games: Our outdoor dartboard provides casual entertainment in between—who will throw the first bullseye? It features its own couch, a TV, a PlayStation 4 Pro, and direct access to the balcony. It serves as a connection to one of the back rooms and is perfect as a "chill-out zone" or second living room. Additional bed in the living area: For even more freedom with the sleeping arrangements, there is an extra bed in the living room—ideal if guests in your group prefer to sleep separately. 👶 FOR FAMILIES We know what parents need. Thanks to the great S-Bahn (suburban train) connection, you can get back to your quiet home safely and easily after a stein of beer! Kaltenberg Knights' Tournament: The legendary medieval event at Kaltenberg Castle can be reached by car in just 15 minutes! Jesenwang Airfield: Just a few minutes away. A real experience (especially for children) to watch the small planes take off and land while enjoying some ice cream in the beer garden.
