The space In the unit, a bedroom with 2 adjoining beds (can be separated) with mattresses and luxurious linens + TV and a living room with 2 armchairs and a small table (if 4 places were booked, 2 mattresses can be added on the floor or a crib). The 2 rooms are air conditioned and cozy in winter and summer. A small kitchenette is at the disposal of the guests with a coffee corner, an electric kettle and an office refrigerator - the kitchenette is not suitable for cooking. On Shabbat you can of course get a hot plate and a hot water heater. Beautiful spacious walk-in shower with toiletries and towels. The unit is at the end of the private lot separate from the residence. There is a small yard with grass next to the building but it is important to note that the yard is not completely private and shares a shared space with the house. Other things to note The unit is located in the south of the Golan Heights, in the immediate vicinity there are many springs and hiking trails and of course the Sea of Galilee. Moshav Nov is a religious moshav, and therefore on Shabbat and holidays, it is not possible to enter or exit it by vehicle, and the main gate is closed. If you want to go out and come back during Shabbat itself, you will have to leave the vehicle outside the gate and walk (about a 15-minute walk).
