BEAUTIFUL SEA-FACING CHALET, SOUTH-FACING, WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING

Large, fully renovated sea view cottage, very comfortable and warm to make you feel right at home. On the 2nd row of the seafront, with your feet in the sand, the chalet is on 2 levels with A BONUS, an interior staircase. A very bright living room that connects to a beautiful terrace equipped with deckchairs and a dining area. The bedrooms, RARE for homes in this location, are spacious. The "seaside spirit" decoration is neat. The chalet has: air conditioning and heating. The space MAXIMUM COMFORT It is an entire cottage that consists of: a living/dining room, a terrace, an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garage/laundry room and an enclosed outdoor area to store bikes and kite equipment. LIVING ROOM The large living room facing the sea opens onto a beautiful and large terrace. This room has a dining area and a lounge area where two very comfortable sofas will allow you to meet with family or friends. KITCHEN The kitchen has everything you need: plenty of dishes... Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, fridge/freezer, 4-burner stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, classic coffee machine, electric kettle, raclette grill, kettle, toaster... BEDROOMS The 3 bedrooms are large (no bed against a wall) and can accommodate a crib if needed. In two of the three bedrooms, there is a TV. • 2 BEDS 160 X 200 • 1 BED 140 X 200 The 2 bathrooms each have a large shower and toilet. EXTERIOR The terrace communicates with the large living room and has: garden furniture, deckchairs and a dining area with a large table that can accommodate up to 12 people. A closed outdoor space, for storage, Kite equipment, bikes. BONUSES: TV(s), board games and outdoor games, barbecue, various beach accessories, etc. are at your disposal. FEES NOT INCLUDED Cleaning In order not to increase the AIRBNB agency fees, the end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental price. It is 75 euros for short stays and MANDATORY (less than 7 days) and 110 euros for stays of 7 days or more (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED); payment of the cleaning fee will be made no later than the time of arrival of the tenant or no later than 24 hours before arrival if payment is made by bank transfer. Linens Bed linen and towels are not provided with the rental. On request, check with the owner at the time of booking. Guest access Great location, steps from shops, restaurants and of course the beach. Parking space to park in front of the chalet. Other things to note RENTAL PERIOD: 7 nights minimum / 21 nights maximum during the periods: winter, July and August and school holidays 3 nights minimum for holiday periods 2 nights minimum for the weekend. BED LINEN AND TOWELS Sheets and towels not provided, OPTIONAL extra charge, possible on request within the limits of our possibilities. CLEANING: short stay (less than 7 days) cleaning fee 75 euros MANDATORY not included in the price of the reservation to be paid at the latest at the time of key handover stay of 7 days or more: End-of-stay cleaning not included but highly recommended. The chalet is large, it takes 5 hours of cleaning Paid OPTION: 110 euros. To be paid at the latest upon key handover. RULE APPLICABLE TO THE RENTAL OF THE PROPERTY: the tenant will have to clean, take out the garbage and empty the dishwasher before departure. the accommodation must be clean and in the same condition as it was at the time of arrival. A security deposit of 150 euros will be required upon arrival of the tenant to cover the cleaning fee if the tenant does not wish to subscribe to the cleaning package. This deposit will be returned in full minus the management fees charged by AIRBNB within 15 days of the tenant's departure. In the event of an intervention by our services, this deposit will be fully retained. The tenant has until the time of their arrival to decide what they want to do regarding this point PETS: an additional 80 euros will be requested from the tenant if the tenant comes with a pet. KEYS: The lessee will be provided with 2 complete sets of keys upon entry (there is 1 key per set). As an indication, the loss of a key will be charged at 90 euros to the lessee. The cost of repairing the door in the event of a specialist's intervention (blocking, loss of the key, broken lock or other...) during the tenant's stay will be entirely at the tenant's expense (i.e. change of lock or other AND costs of a specialist's intervention) These terms and conditions supplement the "T&C" general rental terms and conditions defined by the AIRBNB website and are applicable to the rental of the property rented through the AIRBNB website.
