Cozy lakeside room with sauna

Relax and enjoy the tranquility east of Örebro. Just 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus you will find this spacious guest room with a king size bed. During the winter you may, depending on weather, enjoy activities on the ice just outside and why not use the sauna afterwards? In the summer you can instead enjoy the bicycle trail Hemfjärden runt, which passes by just outside the house and is a perfect activity for the whole family. Our house is originally a small summer house from -34 with a lot of charm that has been expanded. In the guest's area of the house is the guest room with a patio door directly out into the garden and a bathroom with shower and sauna. Observe that the room is not suitable for 4 adults, maximum is 2 adults and 2 children. The personal space for guests consists of the guest room and bathroom. We try to use another entrance during your stay, but sometimes we will pass the guests entrance to grab something. If the weather permits, you are welcome to use the garden as you please. Parking in the driveway if you come by car. A cot can be set up in the guest room if guests request it in advance. Toys for the youngest are available to borrow. We live in the house and will thus be available when needed. However, we understand the guests' need for their own space and expect the guests to largely manage on their own. Quiet and leafy area just outside Örebro. We live a bit on a private gravel road so there is hardly any traffic. The garden is there for you to explore and the lake offers a beautiful view. Örebro center can be reached in 10 minutes by car (20 minutes by bus that stops 400 meters from the house). To the east you reach Odensbacken at about the same time. There are plenty of flea markets and excursion destinations nearby. Free parking on our driveway. We are a family of four, the children were born in 2018 and 2021. We try to sleep 19-07 but with a baby, the mornings can come much earlier than that. We do our utmost not to disturb guests, but everyday life and sound occur. The beach is nice but unfortunately not optimal for swimming. We recommend that you go to Hjälmarbaden, 3-4km from here.
