South Bend Hideaway

Welcome to this cozy little home just a few minute's drive or an easy bike ride from Notre Dame, Bethel, and all the delights of South Bend and Mishawaka. The space The house has a total of 3 bedrooms. The two downstairs share a Jack and Jill bathroom. One has a queen size bed, and the other has a twin loft bed and a baby crib. The upstairs room offers full privacy with it's own bathroom. The kitchen is fully operable, there is a washer and dryer for use in the basement, and you can use the living room for your lounging comfort. Dogs are allowed on the property as long as they are trained. There is even a kennel for you to use. The house has had dogs in it for the last 2 years, so there may be evidence of them around. I have recently been living on the property, but just moved away when I got married. I'm currently in the process of getting the house ready to be a full-time rental. You'll still see my personal items in the back room and basement, so please ignore those for now. There is no TV at the moment, but there is wifi for streaming. My husband and I may also be in and out during your stay as I work on the house. Guest access You will get in the house using a keypad on the front door. There is plenty of street parking out front, and always a space nearby. I've never had any problems with people parking on the street. Other things to note You will be just two blocks from the waterfront and the pathway there. You're also only 4 blocks away from a large, local Farmer's Market that is open Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and sometimes on Friday as well.
