Located in the N Wessex Downs AONB. Newly renovated 2-bed, 2-bath cottage bungalow. Highly accessible with large kitchen/dining/living room in a private, peaceful location. Extensive, secure off street parking. Walking distance to Harwell Science Park. Access to many beautiful countryside walks and the Ridgeway. Fantastic village pub and garden centre. 20 minutes from Oxford, 30 minutes from Bicester Village. Cotswolds easily accessible. The space The property is all on one level and the walkway up to the front door has a ramp so accessible for buggies and wheelchairs. The bedrooms are at either end of the bungalow with the open-plan kitchen/diner/sitting room in the middle. We have 4 cats, some of whom are enthusiastic visitors to the bungalow! Other things to note The WiFi is wireless and we are in the countryside, so connection can sometimes be patchy. The bungalow is next to our field, which is very quiet and private. You will see deer, kites and pheasant. Sometimes we will use the field for short football training sessions but we will let you know ahead of time if these are happening.
