A short walk from Acceglio and 10 minutes from Chiappera. Free and safe parking not far away. The kitchen is well-stocked and functional, perfect for cooking with friends. The living area has Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected even in the mountains. From the fully equipped panoramic terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful, unobstructed view of the valley: ideal for outdoor lunches, breakfasts in the sun, or moments of relaxation after hiking. 🛏 Bedrooms: A total of four bedrooms—two double and two single—ensure privacy and comfort, making the house perfect for large families or groups of friends. 🚿 Bathroom: bathroom with shower and practical, comfortable spaces designed for a simple and relaxing stay. 🧺 Functional spaces: a washing machine is available to guests, and the spacious rooms allow you to conveniently store hiking or mountain gear. 🌳 Surroundings and logistics: Free parking nearby, with the option of pulling up to unload your luggage. Just a few minutes from Acceglio and about a 10-minute drive to Chiappera, the starting point for numerous hiking trails. Some of the most popular destinations include the Stroppia Waterfalls, Lake Visaisa, Rocca Provenzale, and Rocca Castello. In the winter, the area offers cross-country skiing trails and beautiful ski mountaineering routes, making the property an ideal base all year round. The perfect solution for enjoying the mountains in spacious surroundings, in total freedom, and surrounded by nature. 🌿 Guest access The property is easily accessible by car, and thanks to the option to drive up to the property, you can unload your luggage in complete comfort. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Check-in is flexible: depending on your preferences, you can pick up the keys yourself using the lockbox, or they can be handed over directly by me or a member of my family. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not automatically included, but for a small fee of €15 per person per stay and with short notice, we will be happy to provide them to make your stay even more comfortable.
