The living area is open plan with modern lighting. The bathroom has a bath and shower over, together with a wetsuit hanging rail and heated towel rack. Inside the small utility room is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen has a cooker, microwave and ceramic hob. Golf: The apartment is within walking distance of the championship course of Trevose Golf Club, although most people do prefer to drive and park at the club house or the designated parking for the 9 hole course.There are also other golf clubs in the area such as Merlin and Llanhydrock. Surfing: Constantine Bay has its own surf school on the beach run by the son of the owner of the local surf shop. In addition to this are the Harlyn Surf school and other visiting surf schools. A great way to learn to surf because tuition can be tailored to suit individual requirements.
