On the ground floor, you can enjoy a bright living room with a kitchen open to the living room, equipped with a convertible sofa bed offering a real 140 cm bed for 2 adults. The whole area opens onto the garden and the porch, perfect for enjoying life indoors and outdoors to the fullest. A toilet completes the ground floor. Since March, you can also enjoy a private pool, a summer kitchen with a barbecue for sharing friendly meals, as well as an outdoor area equipped with a daybed, ideal for relaxing by the water. Upstairs, you will find two suites, each with its own private bathroom, as well as a sunny terrace perfect for your leisure time. For sleeping, the bedding has been chosen to offer hotel-standard comfort, thanks to orthopedic pillow-top mattresses. The villa has two 160 cm queen size beds, providing a total of 6 adult beds, as well as a baby cot and a bench suitable for a child under 1.60 m in the master bedroom. For your comfort in any season, the villa has central heating and air conditioning. Recently refreshed, it looks like new and offers everything you need for a completely independent stay: a fitted kitchen, a washing machine and everyday amenities. You also have an internet connection and international TV channels. The villa is located in a private complex of villas, with 24/7 security and on-site amenities: restaurant, tea room, pizzeria and takeout. A 2-minute walk away, on the waterfront, you will also find the Port Aghir restaurant. On the practical side, a convenience store a 5-minute walk away is ideal for basic necessities, while a more comprehensive store, a 3-minute drive away, will allow you to do all your shopping.
