Cozy room of 25 sqm, with private bathroom, located on the first floor (NO lift) of an early 20th century villa, where there are other private rooms, with some common areas such as the kitchen and the garden with relaxation area. The property is located in a residential area with all the necessary shops and services, in Firenze Sud area, convenient because it is close to the highway entrance (10 minutes by car) and at the same time is not far from the center (10 minutes by bus, car or bike). The space The room has a double bed, air conditioning, television, free wifi, a small desk and insect screens. Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. On the ground floor, shared with other condominiums, kitchen with coffee machine, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave oven and kitchenware. Guest access The apartment is for an exclusive use of the Guests. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.
