My place is special because it combines tranquility, comfort and authenticity in the heart of Alanís. It is a cozy house, ideal for those looking to disconnect, enjoy the fresh air and rest without rushing. The patio, two living rooms, and comfortable bedrooms create a perfect atmosphere for families and couples who value the calm and charm of the Sierra. This is not a party house, but a refuge to relax. The space The house has 4 bedrooms distributed as follows: Ground floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed 1 bedroom with two single beds 1 full bathroom with a shower Living room with fireplace and stretcher table Top floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom (shower and whirlpool tub) 1 bedroom with two single beds 1 additional full bathroom Large living room with two double sofa beds and pool table Kitchen and equipment The kitchen is equipped with: Complete tableware (plates, glasses, mugs) Cutlery and kitchenware (pots, pans, utensils) Glass-ceramic with two burners and integrated toaster area Microwave Washer Dishwasher Refrigerator Outdoor patio Barbecue Charcoal not included (guests must bring it) Included in the stay Sheets on all beds Blankets and pillows Basic cleaning supplies Not included Towels (guests must bring their own towels) Wi-Fi Guest access 🟢 SERVICES IN THE SURROUNDING AREA / WHAT TO DO IN ALANÍS Nature & Trails The area is perfect for disconnecting and enjoying the Sierra Norte de Sevilla. Very close to the house you will find: Arroyo de San Pedro Route – easy trail between forest, water and nature. Road to Alanís Castle – short walk to visit the castle and see beautiful sunsets. Ruta de Los Molinos – historic path between old flour mills. Sierra Norte Natural Park – direct access to hundreds of kilometers of marked trails. Cerro del Calvario – natural viewpoint with spectacular views. Cascada del Huéznar (25 min away) – one of the most famous corners of Seville. Isla Margarita – San Nicolás del Puerto – ideal area for picnics, seeing the river, swimming in summer or walking. Nearby Villages to Visit All charming and perfect for a getaway: San Nicolás del Puerto – nature, river and the famous “artificial beach”. Constantina – white farmhouse, castle and many bars. Cazalla de la Sierra – wineries, churches and typical cuisine. El Real de la Jara – castle on top and meadow routes. Guadalcanal – beautiful village with history and views. Las Navas de la Concepción – very close and surrounded by countryside. Places to Eat Well (Recommended and Open All Year) In Alanís: Mesón El Tropezón – grilled meats, homemade dishes. Bar Casa Sergio – large portions and local atmosphere. La Jara – tapas, breakfasts and homemade meals. Bar El Zaguán – very good quality/price. Near Alanís: Casa Ferre (San Nicolás del Puerto) – famous for its Iberian meat and terrace. Restaurante La Tora (Cazalla de la Sierra) – very well-kept home cooking. Mesón La Posada del Moro (Cazalla) – known for tapas and stews. Asador La Era (Constantina) – very good meat. Bodeguita Los Carros (Constantina) – great tapas. Other things to note Towels will not be included and you must bring them for your comfort. Sheets are included. Important information for traveler registration Before arrival, you will need to send us the IDs of all people over 16 years of age who will be staying at the house. This is mandatory in order to register travelers with the Police, as required by tourist regulations in Andalusia.
