The living room features a sofa bed for two people, while the bedrooms feature a single bed, a sofa bed for one person, and a double bed. This layout allows for adapting the space to the varying needs of the group. One of the bedrooms features a desk, allowing for comfortable work or study. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer, and dining table. This allows for convenient meal preparation and shared time at the table. The bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer, while an additional toilet increases the convenience of use for larger groups. There are two Smart TVs (a 55-inch in the living room and a 32-inch in the bedroom) with internet access, high-speed Wi-Fi, a clothes dryer, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, and an ironing board. The balcony is equipped with lounge furniture, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor space at any time of day.
