The accommodation is fully equipped and designed to ensure guests a pleasant, comfortable and carefree stay. Upon arrival, you will always find cleanest of linens, fresh towels, and a courtesy kit. Linen is changed every 3–4 days, but can also be requested more often, as well as extra cleaning, for a small fee. The apartment is always sanitized and cared for in every detail. The studio apartment has a modern kitchen fully equipped with pots, utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery and everything you need to cook independently. For the sleeping area, there are two comfortable solutions: - a fixed wall structure that turns into a bunk bed with two comfortable single beds; - a double sofa bed of excellent quality, large and very comfortable. You will also find a washing machine, a mini iron and a mini board, ideal for extended stays or for those who want to always have everything in order. The bathroom is completely new, equipped with a spacious shower, clean towels, essential products and heating. The environment is air-conditioned thanks to a state-of-the-art hot/cold air conditioner, ensuring comfort in every season. There are two small balconies, perfect for getting a breath of fresh air or relaxing for a moment. The apartment is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, modern lighting and quality furnishings, for a pleasant stay for both tourists and remote workers. In the common corridor you will find a large illustrative map with the most important points of interest in Lanzo, excellent for finding your way around and discovering trails, excursions, restaurants and services. Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., while check-out is by 10:30 a.m. Check-in can be done either in person or via self-check-in with a code, provided prior to arrival along with all necessary instructions. For any need, request or information, I am always available at the times indicated. Guest access Guests can check in from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., a wide time slot designed to meet any travel needs. Check-out must take place by 10:30 a.m. Check-in can be done: - in person, with direct delivery of the keys - independently, via an access code provided before arrival. In this case, I will send all the detailed instructions via message or email, in a simple and clear way. Inside the apartment, guests will find leaflets with all the useful information for their stay, including check-in/check-out instructions and house rules.
