HaHoshen Mansion - Stunning Villa with Private Pool and Safe Room

Welcome to “Ahuzat Hoshen” – a luxury complex with a villa, two guest units, and a guest apartment, ideal for large families and groups. The villa offers 9 bedrooms with separate-style double beds, 3 children’s rooms, 9 bathrooms, 3 spacious living rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also two guest units, each with 2 bunk beds and 4 single beds. Outside you’ll find a heated pool, jacuzzi, seating areas, and a barbecue station. The complex accommodates up to 46 guests. The space The villa includes a central area with a kitchen and dining space. From the central area, there are three entrances leading to three separate living rooms. Each living room has access to three bedrooms. Every bedroom has a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. The kitchen is equipped with an electric kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, gas stove, hot plate, and water urn. Please note – you must bring your own kitchenware. Each bedroom has a Jewish-style double bed. In addition, there are 6 folding beds (each opens into a double) and 10 mattresses. One of the bedrooms is a reinforced security room (Mamad). Five rooms include a 46–53 inch TV. There are also two children’s bedrooms, each with two pull-out beds that open into doubles. Outside the villa, there are two guest units, each containing two bunk beds and four single beds. The outdoor area features a heated and covered winter pool (10×3 meters, depth 1.7 m), an outdoor Jacuzzi, and a gas grill. The property also includes a billiard table and a ping-pong table. Catering service is available upon prior arrangement. There is an accessibility ramp at the entrance to the complex. The price refers to 46 guests. Each additional guest incurs a fee of 100 NIS per person. The venue can accommodate up to 46 overnight guests and host events of up to 120 attendees. The swimming pool is fenced. Guest access The complex is located in Moshav Tirosh, in the heart of the green and pastoral Judean Foothills. Here you can enjoy a peaceful natural environment, beautiful hiking trails, nearby wineries, stunning nature sites, and a variety of local attractions. A synagogue is located approximately 300 meters away, and a local supermarket is just about 500 meters from the property. Other things to note The reservation price includes 18% VAT Tourists presenting a passport and valid B2 visa will receive a refund of this tax at check-in day. The price refers to 46 guests.
