The flat comprises of a modern double bedroom with a brand a new double bed with a new hypnos mattress, open hanging space for clothes, with a chest of draws under it, desk/dressing table with large mirror, and 2 bedside tables with lamps. There is a modern bathroom with a shower over shower bath. There is a moderm kitchen that includes a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, fridgefreezer, washing machine, dryer, hob, oven, a microwave, kettle, toaster, with tea/coffee facilities. There is lounge with large wall mounted TV, leather 2 seater sofa, 1 modern arm chair, floor lamps, and some side tables. Guest access To gain access you would need to collect the key from a lockbox on the wall by black downpipe to the left of the commual entrance, where you will be staying. Other things to note There is no allocated parking, but there are a number of carparks nearby. These range from 1 being free, and a number that are £5 per day. These are all within a few hundred metres from the flat. We've tried to price it so that it allows you to pay for parking.
