Country house oasis of tranquility – nature, cities & Harz close!

Our newly renovated country house offers four cozy bedrooms, plenty of space to arrive and a private garden with seating area and fireplace. Perfect for families, couples and friends who want to combine nature, relaxation and excursions to Leipzig, Magdeburg, Dessau, Halle or the Harz. Pets welcome, smoking allowed outside. The space Our newly renovated country house offers four cozy bedrooms with a total of six Bodyguard test-winning mattresses for particularly restful sleep – ideal for families, couples or friends. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine with dryer function) and a modern bathroom with underfloor heating. The two larger bedrooms upstairs also have air conditioning. Each bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV and stable Wi-Fi is available to you. Outside, a private, fenced garden with cozy seating area and fire bowl awaits – perfect for relaxing evenings. Two parking spaces are right by the house. Pets are welcome, smoking is only allowed outdoors. The house does not offer luxury amenities – but lots of peace, nature and a well-kept, cozy retreat for a relaxing break. Guest access Guests use the entire house as well as the fully fenced garden area with seating area and fire pit alone. Access is via a garden gate and then via the separate entrance to the accommodation. Check-in is possible without contact: You will automatically receive the access code for the door lock before your arrival. Two private parking spaces are right by the house. Other things to note This is an older, traditional house. Some ceiling heights are slightly lower and the stairs to the upper floor are steeper than in new buildings – not ideal for tall or mobility-impaired people. For safety, an outdoor camera is active, which only captures the entrance area, the garden/seating area and part of the parking lot. Interiors are not monitored. Smoking is only permitted outside in the garden. Pets are welcome.
