Welcome to this fully equipped and warm chalet, ideally located in Réal, close to the lake and minutes from the ski resorts. Here, we come for nature, calm and unobstructed views of the mountains! The space The ground floor offers a very bright living room with large openings overlooking the landscape. You enjoy: • a comfortable living room • a fully equipped kitchen • a separate toilet • and a wood-burning stove that brings as much warmth as charm (a first set of wood is offered to you to start). The accommodation has a living room with a smart TV, with a fully equipped kitchen, including two coffee machines: a filter coffee maker and a Senseo. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms: a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, one bedroom with two beds in 90 cm, a third bedroom with two bunk beds. Facilities: Everything necessary for skiing and electric mountain biking is available 5 minutes away in the village. The chalet is perfectly insulated (recent work) and has heaters in all the rooms. A balcony to breathe The balcony is the perfect place for a coffee at sunrise or a drink at the end of the day, facing the mountains. In summer, an outdoor table allows you to have lunch outside with the same stunning views. (No outdoor chairs in winter to avoid damaging them.) 🚗 Parking Easy and free parking: • right in front of the house or • a little below. To ensure the accommodation is perfectly clean for your comfort and that of future guests, this cleaning & linens fee is mandatory and amounts to €80.
