For your information, the advertised price includes the resort fee that was previously the responsibility of the guests but will now be paid and imposed by the owner. (20% of the price excluding taxes and social security contributions) The house is located 13 km from Crépy en Valois and 5 km from Villers Côtterêts. By train from Paris the journey takes 40 min to Crépy or 50 min to Villers. 65 km from Paris, access is easy via the Nationale 2. A 55-minute drive from Disneyland along scenic, toll-free roads.
