Waterside Swedish Archipelago Summer House

The accommodation is located on an island in Lake Mälaren and consists of 3 cottages with lake plot and everything you could want for a wonderful Swedish summer. The house has 90 sqm and three bedrooms that accommodate 6 beds. In addition, there is a guest house with 2 more bedrooms and a loft. Everything is in very good condition and with all amenities. There is a wonderful sauna, wood-fired hot tub, own bathing jetty, swimming raft with motor, large lawn with football goals. The boat trip takes about 3 minutes from the mainland to the island. Parking is available adjacent to the jetty. The house is located on an island with no regular boat traffic. If you want to get to and from the mainland during your stay, you need to be able to solve it yourself. A small boat is included in the rent. It is suitable for a few people in good weather conditions. The weather is mostly favorable, but you must be able to make your own assessment of whether safe transport can take place based on the boat, number of people and weather conditions. Renters who have documented boating experience can rent our large boat. It is not included in the normal rent. The boat is 21 feet and it can transport 10 people at a time. The price for boat hire is SEK 5,000 per week excluding fuel costs. We recommend that renters either have boating experience or plan to stay on the island during their stay.
