This accommodation is suitable for those who enjoy a rural location close to both lake & city, the accommodation is located 5 km from Bollnäs travel center along Lake Varpen. The apartment is on the upper floor of a residential building with 2 apartments, where the downstairs apartment is rented long-term. We who rent out live in adjacent houses on the same farm. Bed linens and towels are included. The space The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. A smaller bedroom that is furnished with a single bed (90) and a larger one with a double bed (180). Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kettle, no dishwasher. Small bathroom with shower & washing machine renovated -22. Barbecue area is available in the yard (with barbecue grill) and by the water next to the beach (no barbecue grill), about 300 meters from the yard. Wood is available. The outdoor environment is shared by guests and the host family.
