New, modern apartment 58 m² Pure nature - You will stay with us on a farm in a quiet rural area on the outskirts and yet conveniently located. With us you can relax! The space The new and modern furnished apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our newly built house. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a kitchen/living/dining area spread over 58 m². It has a separate entrance with an external staircase and an on-site parking space in front of the door. The entrance area has outdoor lights with motion sensor. Floors: Bedroom, kitchen/living/dining area - vinyl floor Bathroom - tiles All rooms have underfloor heating. All windows have insect screens. All rooms have free Wi-Fi Bedroom s: - 1 electrically adjustable box spring bed 180 x 200 - Wardrobe with mirror - 2 duvets 135 x 200 - 2 pillows 80 x 80 and 40 x 80 - 1 small writing-desk with chair - Your baby sleeps in his own travel bed with extra mattress, duvet and pillow. - If necessary, two single beds (sleeping chairs) can be placed in the bedroom or in the living room. Of course, with a duvet and pillows. Surcharge for this €12/per night When you arrive, the beds are of course made.
