Welcome to our lovingly renovated vacation home dating back to 1939! Over approximately 60 m², you can expect a cozy atmosphere and numerous charming details that make the house truly unique. The house is located in the beautiful Rösrath-Kleineichen district, a 5-minute walk to the forest, yet perfectly connected. The cathedral can be reached in 20 minutes, and the Messe and the main train station can be reached by car. Thanks to the nearby bus stop, the house is also accessible by public transportation. Restored with a lot of passion, this home invites you to arrive, take a deep breath, and feel completely at ease. On the upper floor, you will find exposed beams that give the room a warm, cozy ambience. The bedroom, with its beautiful Velux windows, allows daylight to wake you up in the morning, while the adjoining dressing room, with its stylish closets, offers plenty of space. The house has two modern bathrooms – one of them with a spacious rain shower that offers little moments of wellness in everyday life. On the ground floor, character meets coziness: the natural stone floor in the dining area creates a special ambiance, the fully equipped kitchen invites you to enjoy cooking evenings, and in the living room with parquet flooring, you can wind down the day by the wood-burning stove. The large garden with its own pond also adds that special something to the outdoor area. We are looking forward for your visit.
