Sleeping arrangement: Bedroom 1 Ground Floor. King-size bed (160 x 200cm) and a sofa which converts into a double sofa bed. Bedroom 2 Upper Floor - Air-Conditioned. Double bedroom with garden and pool views, plus en-suite shower room and WC. Bedroom 3 Upper Floor - Air-Conditioned. Double bedroom with exposed beams, dressing area and garden views. Guests have exclusive use of the house, swimming pool, gardens and grounds throughout their stay. Other things to note The property accepts no more than 10 guests, including children. Included in the price: Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided. A complimentary supply of bed linen and bath towels will be provided for stays of 2 weeks or more. End-of-stay cleaning is required, although the house must be left in a reasonable condition on departure. If required heating is charged based on consumption. Indicative average charge is £200 per week, depending on usage. Electric car charging is not permitted at this property.
