Summer house near the sea with lovely patios.

Relax in this peaceful and cozy summer house located in the middle of Järnsida, which is a quiet and scenic area between Kalmar and Karlskrona. Modern and well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lovely patios suitable for all weather. The property, which was built in 1965 by my parents, is in constant renovation. In 2024, new windows and a new driveway are planned, and it is time to improve the facade paint. Bedrooms and kitchens have been refreshed in recent years and new interior floors are still to come in the coming years. The space The kitchen was remodeled a few years ago with new appliances and induction stovetop. Large work surfaces and a large dining area are available in the spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything from an ice machine to a soda streamer. A capsule machine from Nespresso is available for those who do not want to brew. Vertuo capsules are needed in that case. In the larger bedroom, there is a double bed 160 cm wide. In the smaller bedroom there is a 90 cm single bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed if there are more than three guests. Wi-Fi is available to which the smart TV is connected. On the TV you can watch TV4 Play, SVT Play as well as Netflix, Max and Disney. The large balcony along the south side of the house has both a large lounge group and a dining table with space for six people. There is a charcoal and gas grill on the balcony. However, you can bring your own gas if you want to use it. There is also a glazed terrace with dining area for four people. In the bathroom there is a washing machine with built-in dryer and shower.
