A perfect studio to relax and enjoy the retreat style hospitality. Your ideal location when visiting Sedona, Jerome or even Grand Canyon. The studio attached to the main house, offers a private entrance from the street, ensuring complete separation and privacy for guests. The space This stylish modern studio is equipped with a good night sleep queen-size bed; both indoor and outdoor relaxation areas; a smart TV for your entertainment, and a convenient kitchenette complete with a microwave, sink, mini-stove, tea kettle, and mini-fridge. Plus, a separate AC unit lets you adjust the climate to your desired comfort level, ensuring your stay is both enjoyable and relaxing. (white remote and detailed instructions how to operate the AC in the studio manual) All linens including duve covers are laundered after each guest. Regardless of your age, race, religion, nationality, immigration status, sexual orientation, or preferred gender pronoun, we are happy to welcome you to Cottonwood, AZ, and hope you'll feel right at home during your stay. Guest access You have access to the studio via a separate entrance and gate. Enjoy and relax on your private patio. Other things to note We own a cat - so you might encounter it in the courtyard. We do not have the cat inside the guest studio. Cottonwood is a Dark Sky City! In order to reduce waste of ambient light, outdoor lights are fully shielded, and generally pretty dim. Please watch your step! While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!
