Peaceful retreat in wonderful neighborhood

Comfortable and quiet, this second floor bedroom has windows facing south and west onto a tree-lined street in Mt. Washington. The neighborhood is friendly and convenient, with safe street parking and access to bus lines and light rail. The space The bedroom is large, with good light, a very comfortable double bed, workspace and a large closet. Central AC (also a ceiling fan) will keep you cool in the summer, and steam radiator heat makes the room cozy in the winter. The sky-lit bathroom is shared, and includes a marble-tiled shower and bath. There is also a half bath downstairs. The freshly renovated kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and a full range of cooking equipment. You can eat in the dining room or al fresco on the deck or in the garden. The living room is warm and pleasant, with comfortable reading chairs. Relaxed and friendly, this is a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Convenient to Sinai Hospital, downtown Baltimore, 83 and 695, the house is a 20 minute walk to Mt. Washington Village where you'll find the light rail, shops, restaurants and Whole Foods Market. Excellent for traveling nurses, medical residents or visitors to Baltimore. Please note that potential guests without any reviews will need to provide additional detail about their trip. During your stay I have stayed in many AirBnB spaces, and will do my best to make you as welcome as I have been! I am happy to help in any way I can to make your stay easy and pleasant. I typically don't get home until early evening, but am home in the mornings. I do work from home most mornings.
